FAQS
Answers to the most commonly asked questions about participating in a Bashar event.
Tickets to attend in-person will be released April 15th at noon. Live stream tickets are set to go on sale July 15th at noon.
If any cancelations are permitted, we will put them back up for sale. There is no wait list, and we will not make an announcement, so please feel free to check back on this site frequently.
This year, we have removed the tier systems, in order to offer a more convenient reserved seating system. All tickets will be released at the same time, and you will be able to select your seat when making your purchase.
When you arrive at the venue, please be sure to have your digital ticket with the QR code ready so that we can quickly check you in. Reserved seating will remove the need to line up at the house doors before the event. There will still be a line to enter the venue, so arrive early.
We may be able to assist you with changing your seat. Please create a Support Ticket and let us know your ticket information, including your current seats, as well as which seats you prefer. We will reply with an update on whether we could execute the exchange for you.
Yes. This year, due to popular demand, all in-person tickets will include the meditation. The meditation will not be live-streamed.
When you complete the registration process, you will have the opportunity to select if you would like to enter the raffle. This process will be the same for VIP and General Admission tickets.
Masks are not required, but if you are feeling ill or have a cough, we ask that you wear an N95 mask to the event, or consider staying home and watching via Live Stream. Besides Covid-19, there is still the Flu and Common Cold out there, and none of us enjoy being sick from any of those.
Additionally, this will be a cashless event. If you think that you may wish to purchase any merchandise, please be prepared with a debit or credit card for your transaction.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the event. We have selected and confirmed all the volunteers already. If any spaces open up, we will be selecting from the remaining applications. Sorry for any inconvenience.
This year, we have set aside 5 General Admission tickets to be given away in an opportunity drawing on June 3rd. To enter, please open a Support Ticket and let us know your general situation and email address. The tickets do not include travel, lodging, etc.; only what is included in the General Admission ticket, as described above. Good luck!
Yes, parking is free, but incredibly limited. While the theater has a capacity of over 700 people, there are only about 300 parking spaces. It is strongly encouraged that you carpool or use ride-share services. You may also want to take advantage of our hotel discount code for The Courtyard Sedona located just next door to the Center, so that you can walk to the event.
Illegally parked cars will be towed. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Yes! The Courtyard Sedona is located right next door to the Performing Arts Center, so you can easily walk over! Please use the link below to receive a discounted rate.
Tickets will be released mid-July. Details coming soon!
You can use the new chat system to submit your question during the broadcast. Please note, live stream questions will only be asked if time permits. The global community has been given the opportunity to ask questions, via live stream, every month. So we want to give priority to the live audience to be fair to them. If we have time for live stream questions, we cannot guarantee that your question will be chosen. Be sure to use the Question feature on the chat box in order to properly submit your question to Bashar.
We will have a separate area for translators to sit so that they can provide their services without disturbing other attendees. Your group will be required to use, and supply, a simultaneous translating device. Please purchase your groups' tickets, then have your translator contact us.
The Sedona Performing Arts Center is built to ADA requirements. There are ramps to the entrances as well as ADA seating. Additionally, when you purchase your tickets, you can select either the wheelchair accessible seats throughout the theater, or the ASL accessible seats at the front of the theater.
In order to provide the best experience for all attendees, we require children to be at least 12 years of age and able to sit quietly through the entire session. Children will need a ticket to attend the event. If you purchased a ticket for your child, but they do not meet these requirements, please contact us and we will assist you.
While our policy is that all sales are final, in some extraordinary circumstances, we are able to work with you. No refunds will be allowed after September 1st. Please contact us for assistance.
